Nina’s high purpose in life is to help people be healthier and more beautiful. She enjoys helping people find relief from various skin conditions, which reflect imbalances in body and mind. She feels that personal responsibility through nutrition, exercise and self-care is key to optimal health and vitality.
Nina graduated from Spa Tech Institute to become a licensed esthetician. While looking for solutions to help her clients suffering from different skin and health problems, she found Ayurveda and fell in love with it. In 2018 Nina completed the Ayurvedic Health Counselor course at California College of Ayurveda to get deep knowledge about the Ayurvedic approach to food choices, herbs, and natural therapies according to a person’s imbalance. In 2021 Nina graduated from the Clinical Ayurvedic Specialist Course, which gives a deep understanding of roots and treatment protocols to different diseases. Moreover, Nina completed Ayurvedic Body and Bliss Therapies Courses (Abhyanga, Shirodhara, Swedana, Pinda Swedana, Marma Points Therapy) at California College of Ayurveda. She also attended an Ayurvedic facial course at Kripalu. In August 2021, Nina started the Ayurvedic Doctor Program to get the highest level of education in the Ayurvedic field.
The skin is a complex organ, its health reflects the health of other systems and organs of the body. When the root causes of a skin problem is found (in the digestive, nervous, hormonal, other systems), and the right Ayurvedic treatment plan is designed, the body will heal it by itself.
